This website is operated by DB Consulting (Daniel Bender). Protecting your personal data matters to me. This page explains what data is processed when you visit the site and get in touch.
The short version
This is a static informational website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not build profiles of visitors. The only personal data involved is what your browser sends automatically to the hosting server, and anything you choose to send me by email or LinkedIn.
Server log files
When you open this site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information your browser transmits, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably. It is not combined with other data or used to identify you personally.

If you email db@dbconsult.ing or reach out via LinkedIn, I process the details you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. This site links to third-party websites (for example LinkedIn and m-events.com). Once you follow such a link, this policy no longer applies; please refer to the privacy policy of the site you visit. Opening the LinkedIn link may cause LinkedIn to process your data under its own terms.
No fonts or media loaded from third parties
The site uses your device's system fonts and inline graphics only. No web fonts, images, or scripts are loaded from external servers, so no data is shared with third parties simply by loading a page.
